FAQs
How much space do your teepees need?
Each teepee requires a minimum space of 100cms by 180cms.
Our standard mattress is 165cms long but we can add an extension for taller children up to 6ft. With the extension, each teepee requires 100cms by 210cms in space.
How long is your hire period?
We offer 3 nights for the price of 1 for all our clients if you want a set up and collection on a weekday, such as Friday to Monday. We can however be flexible on this and will be happy to discuss when booking.
How do I confirm my booking?
Once payment of the security deposit is received your booking is confirmed.
Full payment is due 2 weeks before your sleepover.
Please note, the security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your sleepover but I will offer to reschedule for free within 12 months of your previous booking.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes! We require a £50 security deposit (or £75 on larger orders) to confirm your booking. This is returned to you after your sleepover once everything is returned and checked for damage.
What time is set up and collection?
We usually set up and collect in the morning but this is dependent on availability and can be flexible. We will discuss this with you when booking.
How long does set up and collection take?
This depends on the number of teepees and added extras booked. We usually say about 15 minutes per teepee plus unloading time to set up and collection is usually no more than 30 minutes.
